Partnership with suppliers

It is very important to us that, in partnership with our suppliers, an open and constructive atmosphere predominates. We want to treat each other in a respectful, objective, and results-oriented way, even in difficult situations. Thus, we expect and challenge our employees and suppliers to be extremely proactive. Agreements are binding for us, since commitment and trust are important aspects for our purchasing division.

We want to continue developing our intercultural competence: this means respecting our partner and their culture - also their company culture - getting to know it and acting accordingly. We want to create transparent processes together with our suppliers and make and communicate decisions which our partners can also understand.
