Take time for us
Behr’s logistics is customer-oriented.“Living” customer orientation means that we want to seek and find solutions with you - our suppliers. Our common basis not only comprises personal contacts with our logistics planners and logisticians at our plants. Please also take the time to read our logistics guidelines, logistics data sheets and process checklists. These help you and us to determine how we want to work together, already in pre-series phase and before deciding on the price. Which means of transport will be used? Which packaging will we select together? How will deliveries be done? And of course:when and how often will payments be made? These are only a few of the important questions that we should take time to answer so that we are certain of one thing during series production: a smooth delivery process for our customers.

Reliably keeping delivery dates
To us, reliability means that we keep delivery dates and quantities, as well as logistics concepts, packaging regulations, and channels of communication. Only by working closely together can we reliably supply our common customer. That applies to us, too: Be pro-active and inform us of our improvement potentials and mistakes.
