Hella's 2009 Thermal Management Campaign, which starts in March, comprises resources with a high practical value for garage professionals carrying out air-conditioning servicing and effective sales-support measures. Wholesalers and garages benefit from the wide product range with more than 6,000 items for vehicle air conditioning and engine cooling from Behr Hella Service.
A garage can increase its sales if it pitches itself in relation to its customers as a competent specialist with regard to service for air-conditioning systems and engine cooling systems. In addition, there is a 36-page A5-format booklet entitled "Easy Answers to Customer Questions", which contributes to developing staff knowledge and therefore to increasing garage expertise.
